From the inside out.
Every company has a skeleton. The structure, the processes, the org chart everyone can see. Most stop there.
I'm Jen. I spent 15+ years building what doesn't show on the org chart: onboarding, performance, comp, org design, the infrastructure that lets a company scale from 50 people to 550 without losing what made it work in the first place. That's the marrow. Not the bones, but what's inside them. The part that keeps everything alive.
Marrow exists because I lived the tradeoff. Too much time on administrative mechanics and not enough on the human moments the work was supposed to protect. I spent years identifying what to automate and bringing in the right systems to fix it. Most teams don't have that time. That's where AI comes in, doing the work so you can focus on what actually moves the business: your people, your revenue, your impact.
Human-first. AI-enabled. Built to scale with you, not catch up to you.

Human centered
Tools serve people, not the other way around. We design for the manager who only has fifteen minutes between meetings.
AI-enabled
Modern systems use AI as default infrastructure, not a feature bolted on. We build for that world.
Founder adjacent
We work with the founder, not around them. The People function succeeds when the founder is in the room.
Begin at the center.
Most engagements start with a conversation about where the friction lives.
